The Bunney – Butlocks Heath Village, within Netley Abbey, Eastleigh, Hampshire.
The Bunney is in an idyllic location set in the middle of Butlocks Heath village, 'Jewel of the Southern Parishes' and offers immediate access to major cities, shopping centres and family attractions.  This mid-terrace property offers warm, comfortable, well furnished accommodation with plenty of space to relax and unwind.  It includes a kitchen fitted with modern appliances, spacious lounge / diner, two bedrooms - Twin & Double (Travel Cot available) and bathroom.

Butlocks Heath Village
Butlocks Heath Village hosts a variety of amenities, comprising of a General Store and its two pubs, The Cottage Inn (Wadworth) and The Roll Call (Free House / Restaurant) and these are all along Woolston Road.  Priors Hill Copse, which is an impressive area of Oak woodland, provides an attractive area in which to walk.  Footpaths lead to the Butlocks Heath Reservoir which lies to the north.  Playing field with children's play areas.
These are all within 200 metres.

Royal Victoria Country Park, Netley Abbey
15 minutes away is the Royal Victoria Country Park.  Overlooking Southampton Water, this popular park, covering over 200 acres, is one of the most scenic and delightful areas of South Hampshire… once the site of a military hospital and its fascinating story can be viewed in the Heritage Centre.

Southampton Water, 'Shipping'
Netley Abbey is an attractive small village edging Southampton Water and it is a delight to view the Queen Victoria, Queen Mary 2, Arcadia, Artimas, Aurora, Oceana, Sea Princess and many other Cruise and Cargo vessels from its shoreline as they enter the Port of Southampton, 'Gateway to the world'.  All major shipping lines can be seen.

Port of Southampton, 'Ferries & Cruises for everyone' - There are Ferries, Hydrofoil services available to take you to a variety of destinations.

  Red Funnel: Passenger / vehicle ferries go from Southampton - East Cowes.  Foot passengers can also travel on the 'Red Jet' service from Southampton - West Cowes.

  The Hythe - Southampton Ferry: Operates a half hourly ferry service between Town Quay, Southampton and Hythe Pier.

  Blue Funnel Cruises: Why not try a Cruise around Southampton’s busy docks or choose a River cruise?

  Pleasure 'Steamers' WAVERLEY (Paddle Steamer) & BALMORAL: Will be sailing from Western Docks, Berth 104 during September 2008 on a Day, Afternoon or Evening cruise.
